Meet a local Italian/English-speaking cook at the entrance of a small bistro, just in 5-minutes walk from Parma train station. Start your immersion into the tradition of fresh Italian pasta from Emilia Romagna region in a fully equipped kitchen. You'll be hands-on during the whole cooking experience and will study the secrets of preparing the pasta dough from the scratch using just flour and eggs. Discover the secrets of traditional stuffing and sauces for the pasta. First, prepare tortelli d'erbetta - Parma most traditional pasta with a filling of ricotta cheese and chards. Discover an ancient tradition dedicated to them and during preparing tagliatelle study more about different forms and shapes of fresh egg pasta from Emilia Romagna. Once your amazing meal is ready, enjoy what you prepared matched with a glass of local wine. After the class is finished receive your own participation certificate and complimentary apron.

Daniele, our host chef, was very patient and funny. My husband who can NOT boil water learned how to make pasta. It was an easy process to book and great experience during our trip to Parma. We recommend this to anyone looking for a fun way to spend a few hours productively in the culinary capital of the world.

The class was fantastic. Our chef did a marvelous job instructing on how to prepare and cut different types of pasta. Who knew it was so easy!?!

Thanks for the great course and pleasurable time with an Italian chef.

Good location in the Parma city center.

My only recommendation is not to allow children under 12. We had two young children and a baby. The adults with them were too busy trying to entertain the kids, which was a little distracting for the others attending.

Overall, a fantastic course.
