There was nothing we did not like about the tour. We saw and learnt a lot about the production of parmigiano reggiano, prosciutto and traditional balsamic vinegar. We also saw the countryside which was beautiful. Elisa, the tour guide, was not only fun to spend the day with - she was also knowledgeable, personable and excellent! Lunch was also excellent.
