Bella esperienza. Abbiamo fatto la gita da mezza giornata alla scoperta di un caseificio e un prosciuttificio. Abbiamo imparato molto sul ciclo di produzione del Parmigiano Reggiano e del prosciutto di Parma e gli assaggi sono stati molto graditi e abbondanti. L'accompagnatrice Elisa era molto preparata, gentile e simpatica. Organizzazione eccellente. Da rifare e consigliare. Non è assolutamente una di quelle escursioni acchiappaturisti, ma qualcosa di unico e che ci ha molto arricchiti.
