Giacomo gave us the best day starting with a tour of a working Parmagiano Reggiano Cheese factory, Proscuitto de Parma and an authentic Balsamic Vinegar producer. We had a delicious lunch in between tours and a stop at a castle. Giacomo gave us a wonderful history lesson on both the area and foods. Highly recommend this tour!

I couldn't be happier with my choice of travel company and tour. After searching online for a Parma experience, I came across many companies to offer this tour. All of them were either fully booked or did not provide a private tour experience. I then came across Maestro Travel. The website caught my eye, how easy it was to navigate and how it also looked so professional. They provided the option for a private tour for our family at a reasonable price. The booking process was so easy and within two days I had received a confirmation email.

Now the tour - we were picked up in a private, new and clean van directly at the train station. The driver was professional and gave us a feeling of safety. Our tour guide Lisa, was one of the best guides I've ever had on a tour. Warm, friendly and knowledgable. By the end of the tour we felt she was part of our family. The tour stops was everything we wanted. We visited the Parmesan cheese, Ham & Balsamic. At each one we were treated to samples that made us feel like we were in heaven. The lunch stopped at a small family run trattoria that was so perfect.

Every part of this tour was everything I dreamed of for the day and I would highly recommend it for anyone. I would also like to thank Maestro travel for a simple and professional experience.
